Holy Transfiguration 2020
We commemorate the Transfiguration of Christ on Mount Tabor, when our Lord appeared in His divine glory before the Apostles Peter, James and John.
Fruit is also traditionally blessed as part of the feast to show our gratitude for a bountiful start to the harvest season.
February 22- 23, 2020, His Eminence Archbishop Michael visited Saint Vladimir's Orthodox Church.
During the Hierarchical Liturgy on Sunday, Father Volodymyr Chaikivskyi was awarded a Kamilavka for his faithful service to the Church. Following the Divine Liturgy, Archbishop Michael presented gramotas (certificates of appreciation) to Donald and Myra Noe, William and Margie DiCicco, Anthony and Ann Kasmer, Awet Tesfa, Alex and Rebeca Medina for their service and untiring dedication to our church.
The tradition continues! Parishioners young and old learn the art of making delicious pierogies!!
Thank you to everyone who donated their time and made donations.
Every year, we honor the Holy Great Prince Vladimir, who is considered equal of the apostles and the patron saint of our parish.
A special welcome to Archbishop Michael!

At the conclusion of Divine Liturgy is the annual children's procession.
